I have spent more than twenty years running the business side of professional service firms, most of it inside law firm operations: finance, HR, facilities, vendor management, and technology, reporting directly to managing partners and boards of directors.
Before that I built and ran my own photography business for nearly a decade. Along the way there was business consulting, property management, and a stretch running agricultural drone operations, none of it in professional services and all of it useful. kapchur consulting is where that operating experience turns into hands-on IT, AI, and business consulting for organizations that want the same disciplined execution I have delivered from the inside, without hiring a full-time executive to get it.
